    This is an amazing video! Instead of watching the mainstream news in the morning which is full of negativity, I now promised myself to listen to the 26 affirmations instead. I listened this morning and it put me in a great place. I want to go back and actually write down some of the affirmations that are in the video because the resonate in me. I love the one on fear.
