I Quit: When Giving up Is Better than Holding On

I quit offering my Presence to people who are completely absent – from their hearts, their minds, their bodies and their lives.

No Space. No stillness. No Light.

There is so little Space in our daily lives to fully See what is True and what is not; what is Real and what is false; what is Love and what is fear; what is Light and what is darkness.

There is so little Stillness in our daily lives to fully breathe, to think, to connect, to remember, and to Be that which we truly are.

There is so little Light in our own hearts to Know the Truth about ourselves and to fully honor and respect the Humanity that we all are.

And I quit trying to understand why that is.

I Quit

I give up trying to understand why people act in cruel, malicious, and unloving ways;

I give up trying to help those who don’t really want to be helped;

And I quit giving my time, my energy, and my life to people, places, and experiences that take the life out of my life.

I give up all the nonsense and I surrender completely to the Wisdom of Life and to the Truth of who I am.

I give up on all on all fear, lies, and illusions that keep me separate from my Truth, and the Truth of who we all are.

I give it all up!

And after watching this powerful 3-minute video, I am sure you will quit on a lot of things as well.

Enjoy 🙂
