Meditation for Inner Peace: A Powerful Meditation for Peace and Serenity

“If there’s no inner peace, people can’t give it to you. The husband can’t give it to you. Your children can’t give it to you. You have to give it to you.” ~ Linda Evans

inner peace

We might not realize this, but the loud noise that’s present in our minds, hearts, and lives is what’s keeping most of us from experiencing the peace, joy, and serenity that’s already present within each and every one of us.

We are so busy thinking, talking and doing as much as we possibly can, that we can no longer feel the peace and joy and contentment that comes from simply Being.

But hopefully, this beautiful meditation for inner peace will help change things.

Meditation for Inner Peace

Before you begin, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 10 minutes. Second, find a comfortable position to sit – it can be in a chair, crossed legged or on your knees, or lay down and when you’re ready to press play. Once the meditation session is over, you can share your experience with all of us by commenting below.

Enjoy 🙂

When was the last time you felt at peace? Was there a time in your life when you felt that inner peace that is beyond words and human comprehension? I would really love to know if you felt the peace, joy, and serenity that comes from aligning your mind with your heart and your life with your soul. You can leave you comment in the comment section below 🙂
