We might not realize this, but the loud noise that’s present in our minds, hearts, and lives is what’s keeping most of us from experiencing the peace, joy, and serenity that’s already present within each and every one of us.

Meditation for Inner Peace
Before you begin, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 10 minutes. Second, find a comfortable position to sit – it can be in a chair, crossed legged or on your knees, or lay down and when you’re ready to press play.
