Taking the time to relax and give your body the rest it needs will determine the level of your energy and the quality of your life. And even though a lot of people pay little or no attention to these things, it’s so important, before you go to sleep, to empty your mind of all thoughts, worries and fears, and give yourself permission to be at peace.
Each night before you go to bed, take the time to relax. Release and let go of all worries and all thoughts you have about what happened during the day and all the thoughts you have about the things you need to do when you wake up. And give yourself permission to get a good night sleep. Give your mind, body and soul permission to relax, rest and recharge. And by doing so, when you wake up in the morning, you will feel full of life, strength and vitality.

This evening guided meditation that I will share with you today will help your mind and body relax and renew, so that you can get a good night of sleep, and tap into the peace, stillness and tranquility that is always present deep within you.
Before you begin, remember to first, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 30 minutes. Second, find a comfortable position to sit – it can be on a chair, crossed legged or on your knees, or lay down and when you’re ready, press play.
