You let go of a past relationship not because you no longer care, not because you no longer need and want that person in your life, but because you understand that by letting go they will be happier someplace else. You will be happy someplace else.
Today’s guided meditation is meant to help you let go of any old attachments and unwanted emotions to past relationships by accepting your current emotions; releasing all inner hurts and pains; by re-discovering your ability to truly let go and forgive; and finally by allowing yourself to positively and deeply heal your mind, body, and spirit.
Before you begin, remember to first, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 51 minutes. Second, find a comfortable position to sit – it can be on a chair, crossed legged or on your knees, or lay down and when you’re ready, press play.
