Today we have a really wonderful meditation that is meant to help you remove the negativity that might be present in your life, but also the burdens you may be carrying with your from your past into the present moment. Leaving you feeling lighter, more relaxed and at peace. So that you can enjoy yourself and your life a lot more 🙂

Before you begin, remember to first, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 16 minutes. Second, find a comfortable position to sit – it can be on a chair, crossed legged or on your knees, or lay down and when you’re ready, press play.
