There is so much noise in the world right now. So much chaos, fear, and disorder trying to get a hold on us. And even though the tendency is to give into these lower emotions, it would be wise not to. To quote the brilliant Louise Hay

Just because the world is in survival mode, it doesn’t mean you should go down to its level. You are not obligated to allow its toxicity and negativity to poison your mind, body, and entire life.

In each moment, you can choose what thoughts to think, what feelings to feel, and what actions to take. And they don’t have to be just a reaction to what is going on out there.
