Inner Strength: Guided Meditation for Inner Strength

Go within every day and find the inner strength so that the world will not blow your candle out~ Katherine Dunham

There are times in our lives when it feels like it is all nothing but a struggle. We feel as if life has got us backed into a corner, like nothing we do is ever good enough and we keep falling down. As many times as we get up, we seem to fall back down again, but that doesn’t happen because life wants to knock us down, but because we lack the inner strength necessary to stay up and push forward.

Inner strength comes from feeling confident in whatever actions we take, the words we speak, the service we offer to the people we come into contact with. Inner strength comes from that very special place in your heart where you feel only Love and Peace, and this is why this beautiful guided meditation will help you a great deal.

To each and every one of you, remember this beautiful mantra that is shared in this guided meditation, whenever you feel yourself straying from the amazing, loving, kind and strong Soul you are:

Strength surrounds me!

Love guides me!

Peace fullfils me!

It will help you get back from your mind and into your Heart, and find the inner strength you need to become a better, stronger, happier and more confident version of yourself.

Now, before you begin, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 40 minutes. Second, find a comfortable position to sit – it can be in a chair, crossed legged or on your knees, or lay down and when you’re ready, press play. Once the meditation session is over, you can share your experience with all of us by commenting below.

Let’s get started 🙂
