Mindful Meditation for Being Present

“Mindful meditation is where you sit down, get comfortable, pay deep attention to your breathing and let your mind wander, applying mindfulness and deep thinking to many aspects of your life.”~Unknown

There is something so beautiful about integrating meditation into your daily routine, that once you do so, you don’t want to go back to how things were, don’t you agree?

Mindful Meditation

Today’s mindful meditation is meant to bring you into a state of peace while helping you become more mindful and present in your everyday life. Practicing this beautiful mindful meditation on a regular basis will also reduce the stress levels present in your body, improve your health and wellbeing while fully embracing the kind, loving, compassionate being life created you to be.

Before you begin, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 20 minutes. Second, find a comfortable position to sit – it can be in a chair, crossed legged or on your knees, or lay down and when you’re ready to press play. Once the meditation for ending toxic relationships is over, you can share your experience with all of us by commenting below.

Enjoy 🙂
