To believe in yourself is to believe in the invisible Power that created you. To believe in yourself is to trust that in the same way Life causes the sun to shine each morning, in the exact same way it will make your Light shine each day. And this beautiful guided meditation for self belief is meant to help you release your fears, doubts, worries, and insecurities so that you can step back into your power and do the many wonderful things your Soul came here to do.

Before you begin, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 30 minutes. Second, find a comfortable position to sit – it can be in a chair, crossed legged or on your knees, or lay down and when you’re ready to press play.
