Self-confidence and self-love play a huge role in the level of health, happiness, and wellbeing present in our day to day lives. And the more we learn to honor, love, and respect ourselves and all that we are, the better we will feel and the happier our lives will get.

Today’s guided meditation for confidence and self-love is meant to help you release any unhealthy thoughts and beliefs you might have about yourself so that you can let love shine forth and live each day with gratitude, love, and confidence.

Before you begin, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 35 minutes. Second, find a comfortable position to sit – it can be in a chair, crossed legged or on your knees, or lay down and when you’re ready to press play.
