This is an invitation for you to take a break from the busyness of life to relax, visualize, and rejuvenate yourself with this guided meditation that’s meant to help you release subconscious blockages and clear the negativity from your deeper mind.

Before you begin, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 60 minutes. Second, find a comfortable position to sit – it can be in a chair, crossed legged or on your knees, or lay down and when you’re ready, press play.
