Even though a lot of people believe that the body is the only one that might need healing, the truth of the matter is that our energies, our minds, and our spirits are also in great need of health and healing. And that is why is so important to cleanse and clear our chakras so that we can get out of our own way and let life flow through us in a way that makes us feel safe, loved, and cared for.
Today’s chakra meditation will help cleanse, heal, and balance each and every one of your chakras so that you can experience the peace, joy, and freedom that comes from being in alignment with who you truly are, and in alignment with your purpose.
Before you begin, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 60 minutes.
