How many times have you had to make an important decision in your life and didn’t know if it’s the right one? How many times were you in need of guidance and you didn’t know who to turn to? Instead of looking for answers and guidance outside of you, how about looking for it within yourself?

This relaxing meditation is meant to help you find your inner spirit guide and welcome it into your life. Allow it to lead the way into the unknown, the ups and downs, and all the challenges and life experiences you might encounter on your path. Allow it to show you the light that shines within you and change your life forever.

Before you begin, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 35 minutes. Second, find a comfortable position to sit – it can be in a chair, crossed legged or on your knees, or lay down and when you’re ready, press play.
