To believe in yourself is to surrender all yours fears, doubts, worries, and insecurities to a force bigger than yourself, and allow life to take its natural course.

Today’s guided meditation, or hypnotherapy session is designed to help improve your natural ability to relax, strengthen your belief in yourself, and enhance your self-confidence with deep mind positive suggestions.

Before you begin, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 40 minutes. Second, find a comfortable position to sit – it can be on a chair, crossed legged or on your knees, or lay down and when you’re ready, press play.
