If you could give one piece of advice to your younger self, what would it be? What would you say to your younger version of you that would make your journey through life more peaceful and serene

Me personally, I would tell myself to have faith in God, in life and in the way things are. To trust that things are working out just fine and that I would eventually do the things my heart and soul need me to do.

When I was younger, I would worry so much thinking that I had to control everything, because if I didn’t, my whole life would fall apart. And the irony is that the more I tried to control things, the more anxious I seemed to feel, and the more out of balance my life seemed to get… That would be my advice for my younger self.

What about you? How would you comfort your younger self? What wisdom would you share with the younger version of yourself?

If you need some help in answering this question, or if you just want to know what lessons people like Arianna Huffington, Dr. Shefali Tsabary, John Mackey, and Sue Monk Kidd, have to share with their younger selves, watch this short yet profound video.

Enjoy 🙂
