The 21-Day Happiness Challenge Day 12: Play the Role of Your Ideal Self

Today’s happiness theme is about playing the role of your “Ideal Self.”
When was the last time you did something that was meant to take you closer to becoming the person you dream of becoming?
Play the Role of Your Ideal Self Exercise: 21-DAY Happiness Challenge Day 12
Take a pen and a piece of paper and write down the five qualities and attributes of your Ideal Self.
Take as much time as you need, and once you’re done, look over your list and pick your favorite.
Now close your eyes, take three deep cleansing breaths, and feel the feelings that come from embodying your favorite trait.
Do this for 90 seconds, and when you’re ready, take three deep cleansing breaths, and bring back that feeling 🙂
You have completed the exercise for the day.
Now go on and spend your day acting as if you already embody That trait.
