Be Here with All Your Might Exercise: 21-DAY Happiness Challenge Day 4
Take a slow deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
As you continue breathing deeply and slowly, place your palms in front of you and look at them as if you were seeing them for the first time.
Fully focus on the palms of your hands.
Nothing else is on your mind but the palms of your hands.
Do this for 30 seconds.
Bring back the feeling of ease, presence, and bliss.
You have completed the exercise for the day.
You now know how it feels like to be fully present in the NOW 🙂
