We create our lives with our thoughts. With our thoughts, we shape our worlds, and if there are peace, love, and tranquility in the mind, we will have peace, love, tranquility, and happiness present in our day to day lives.

Today’s guided meditation will take you on a beautiful and peaceful journey where you will learn to relax, detach and let go of negative thoughts and emotions that keep you from enjoying yourself, your life and the world around you.

Before you begin, remember to first find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 45 minutes. Second, find a comfortable position to sit – it can be in a chair, crossed legged or on your knees, or lay down and when you’re ready, press play.
