To let go of negative thoughts is to realize that you have always been free – to do, to have, and to be all that life created you to be – the enemy was never outside of you, the enemy was within your mind and thoughts.

We create our lives with our thoughts. With our thoughts, we shape our worlds. And if there is peace, love, and tranquility present in our minds, there will be peace, love, tranquility, and happiness in our day to day lives.

Today’s guided meditation will take you on a beautiful and peaceful journey where you will learn to relax, detach and let go of negative thoughts and emotions so that you can start enjoying yourself, your life and the world around you.

Before you begin, remember to first find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 45 minutes. Second, find a comfortable position to sit – it can be in a chair, crossed legged or on your knees, or lay down and when you’re ready, press play.
