Overcoming Panic Attacks

With the many crazy things happening in the world, panic attacks are becoming more and more common. Insane, but true. And that is why is so important to learn how to cope with the madness that’s present all around us and do whatever is needed to overcome panic attacks and anxiety.

Today’s guided meditation will take you on a wonderful, peaceful and healing journey designed to help manage panic attacks and anxiety. It will help you to release and let go of those overwhelming feelings of anxiety so that you can become a lot more relaxed and calm person. Furthermore, it will help boost your self-esteem and confidence so that you can tackle day to day tasks in a more relaxed and positive way.

Before you begin, remember to first, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 25 minutes. Second, find a comfortable position to sit – it can be in a chair, crossed legged or on your knees, or lay down and when you’re ready, press play.
