Stress, anxiety, depression… they are all becoming a normality in our world. More and more people suffer because of the many toxic thoughts that run through their minds, and the many fearful movies that keep being replayed over and over again in their minds. And even though at times it feels as though we can’t escape these monsters because they are way bigger and a lot more powerful than we ourselves are, the truth of the matter is that we can. We can defeat them all and you know why? Because we are way bigger than all of them.
Everything was created by our minds, and everything can be changed by our minds. But in order for us to change things, and in order for us to heal and relieve things like stress, anxiety, and depression, we first have to discipline and strengthen our mind, training it to start working for us, no longer against us.
