Today I want to share with you a refreshing and powerful meditation to help on your path towards building your self esteem, regaining confidence in who you truly are and trusting your greatest potential. It will also remind you of the love you should have for yourself every single day of your life and you will come out of it feeling completely relaxed, confident and filled with love for yourself.
Before you begin, remember to first, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 10 minutes. Second, find a comfortable position to sit – it can be on a chair, crossed legged or on your knees, or lay down and when you’re ready, press play.
