Grounding and Chakra Balancing: Guided Meditation

We are all made of the elements of the earth. Our organs, bones, tissues, and our entire cell structure is made out of the vitamins and minerals that the vegetables, fruits, grains, nuts, seeds, and herbs of the earth provide for us when we eat them.

We are physically made from the earth. The plants biologically transmute the elements from the living soil of the earth up through their roots and naturally disperse them throughout their cell structure so that we then can eat and naturally assimilate the precious vitamins, minerals, amino acids, omega fatty acids, antioxidants, etc. that our physical bodies need to grow strong and healthy and maintain balance.

Grounding and Chakra Balancing

Our bodies are made of the elements of the Earth. And when we ground ourselves, we allow these energies to flow through us. Clearing, healing and balancing our minds, bodies, and hearts so that we can function properly and live happier, healthier and more balanced lives. By grounding ourselves, we become fully present in our bodies, accepting the fact that even though we are spiritual beings, we are now walking on this Earth in this physical body, and we need to honor who we now are, the role we are meant to play and the path we chose to walk in this physical world.

Today’s guided meditation will help you ground yourself and clear your entire energy system so that you can feel fully connected and at peace with yourself and the world around you.

Before you begin, remember to first, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 10 minutes. Second, find a comfortable position to sit – it can be in a chair, crossed legged or on your knees, or lay down and when you’re ready, press play. Once the meditation session is over, you can share your experience with all of us by commenting below.

Enjoy 🙂
