Remember when you were a little child and life seemed full of magic, and wonder, and awe? Remember how much fun you used to have during those times when your heart was full of love, and your imagination knew no limits? You were fascinated by everything and everyone. You believed that life was full of magical things and magical people and deep down inside you knew that anything was possible. Oh, what a beautiful world you lived in…

Today’s meditation will most probably remind you of those time. Taking you on a powerful and healing journey into a magical world. A wonderful but forgotten world where you can experience the magic of life and the power of you. A world where all things are possible and where you can be whoever you want to be… This is such a beautiful meditation, especially for those whose imagination is very rich and colorful and who love to dream, with eyes open but also closed.

Before you begin, remember to first, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 20 minutes. Second, find a comfortable position to sit – it can be on a chair, crossed legged or on your knees, or lay down and when you’re ready, press play.
