Healing the spirit is as important as healing the body, if not more important. In fact, when we heal the spirit, we automatically heal the body, allowing ourselves to experience the joy, health, radiance and vitality that comes from a healthy spirit.
Today’s meditation will take you on a wonderful journey where your spirit will be renewed so that you can experience great health, inner peace, joy, and vitality.
Before you begin, remember to first, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 32 minutes. Second, find a comfortable position to sit – it can be in a chair, crossed legged or on your knees, or lay down and when you’re ready, press play.
