“Your family is like mine, for thousands and thousands of years our families have embraced a dysfunctional lifestyle, passing these habits as gospel on to subsequent generations. This was not done out of malice, spite, or hate, but what they knew best. As ineffective as these habits are, you never stopped to consider another way of loving.” ~David W. Earle

Releasing the dysfunctional parts of your relationships is one of the best things you can do for yourself and those you love, and today’s guided meditation will help you release and let go of the dysfunctional parts of your relationships so that love and harmony can flow freely.

Before you begin, remember to first, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 35 minutes. Second, find a comfortable position to sit – it can be in a chair, crossed legged or on your knees, or lay down and when you’re ready, press play. Once the meditation session is over, you can share your experience with all of us by commenting below.

Let’s begin 🙂
