We spend so much time trying to get love, appreciation, and approval from outside ourselves and we rarely stop to think that maybe we should give all these things to ourselves first before expecting to receive them from anyone else.

There are two weeks left of the #AppreciationMonth Movement and the focus of this week is Self Appreciation. How cool is this? To spend a whole week loving, nourishing, appreciating and acknowledging your beautiful, radiant and precious Self.
