Let Go Of Pain And Anger

“Dare to let go of pain and anger. Dare to free yourself from all those thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that keep you stuck and unhappy. Let it all go and return to a place of peace.”

I like to think that people are good, that we are all good deep down inside, and that maybe, because of some past and unpleasant events, because of some misfortunes, because we have been hurt and injured emotionally, we are  now wearing all kind of masks in order to protect ourselves from being hurt again. If you look around, you will notice how people are building walls, as many as possible so they can feel safe, so they can feel secure, to protect themselves from the outside world and the danger that it represents for them.

When you start protecting yourself from the outside world for too long, when you decide to start protecting yourself from the environment, you will eventually be cut off from it, you will eventually be cut off from the world, and of course, you will be left behind, feeling lost and lonely. not understanding how you got to feeling this way. For some people, it seems quite hard to understand that it’s not so much about what happens to them that causes them so much pain and anger, but rather how they choose to process all of these events and situations.

Let Go Of Pain And Anger

It’s all about how we perceive them all, and how we choose to think about them, because you see, we first experience the thought and than the feeling, and if we insist on thinking about how bad we’ve been treated by X or Y person, how they made us feel, and how much pain and anger they brought upon us, we will feel horrible for as long as we will live.

By doing this, we perceive ourselves as being victims, people who have no control over their lives, and who are at the mercy of other people’s actions and behaviors.

I suggest you to take a look at yourself in the mirror, and try to see something in yourself that you haven’t seen before, something that you haven’t noticed but was there all along. Try to see yourself for who you really are; see yourself as the powerful, loving and beautiful man/woman that you really are.

Go back to being you, go back to feeling confident and loving, not only towards yourself but also towards everybody around you.

So what if you’ve been hurt by other people, so what if there is anger, hate, and bitterness in the world? Would you rather choose to focus on the ugly and negative rather than the beautiful and positive?

Let me tell you something. The moment you chose to do all of these things and even more, your whole life will start to shift.

The level of your energy will go way up, and this will have such an impact on the quality of your life, and also of those around you. The moment you change your attitude, your thought, your beliefs and perceptions, the moment you raise your vibrational energy, that will be the moment your whole life will start to change.

Open your heart, and let your own light shine.

Dare to dream big, to take risks, dare to love with your all your heart, without thinking whether you will be loved back or not. Choose to laugh, choose to play, to sing, to dance, to do all the things that make you happy. Choose to be true to yourself, and treat yourself with the love and respect that you really deserve.

Give, give, and then give even more, and believe me, by doing so, you will get so much more in return.

Do all those things that make you happy, and don’t let the fear of pain and anger keep you stuck in experiencing pain, and always remember the words of Thomas Jefferson:

“How much pain they have cost us, the evils which have never happened.”
