When your heart center is closed, you have a hard time loving and accepting yourself. And because you see yourself as unworthy, and nothing you do seems to be good enough, you also block the love that wants to come your way from those around you and from above. And that’s not good. So we need to correct that 🙂

By awakening your heart center, you give yourself permission to love and be loved. And this beautiful guided meditation will open and awaken your heart center so that you can see yourself for the amazing, luminous and loving being that you truly are, and allow yourself to give and receive love.

Before you begin, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 10 minutes. Second, find a comfortable position to sit – it can be in a chair, crossed legged or on your knees, or lay down and when you’re ready to press play.
