21-Day Happiness Challenge Day 7

The 21-Day Happiness Challenge Day 7: How to Smile, Even When It’s Hardest to Do So

“You’ll find that life is still worthwhile if you just smile.” ~ Charlie Chaplin

When things go wrong and stress takes over you, the last thing you feel like doing is a smile. But if you smile, your mood will automatically change and you will feel a lot better. Why? Because smiling releases endorphins and these neurochemicals have the power to make you happy 🙂

Exercise: 21-DAY Happiness Challenge Day 7

Put a big happy smile on your face and go stand in front of a mirror.

Now try to think of something negative and keep your smile on your face.

Do this for 60 seconds.

When you feel ready, take three deep cleansing breaths, and bring back the feeling of ease, serenity, and inner peace.

Congratulations!

You have completed the exercise for the day.

Now go on and smile your way into a good mood whenever necessary 🙂
